This governs the various forms of ownership and tenancy in real property and in personal property, within the common law legal system. Marinda specializes in the above, including conveyancing and drafting of agreements between parties in property related transactions.
Business and Commercial Law
Marinda specializes in the sale of businesses, including the drafting of agreements of sale and as a skilled negotiator, she assists in negotiations between parties.
Drafting of Wills
Drafting a last will and testament directs how an estate’s assets must be distributed upon death. Marinda believes that experience in the administration of deceased estates is a prerequisite for the drafting of a will.
Administration of Deceased Estates
A deceased estate must be administered and distributed in terms of the deceased’s will. Miranda is very experienced with the administration of deceased estates, with a particular affinity for the administration of farm estates.
